Martha Bueno

Consummate Sales Professional

Martha Bueno is an accomplished sales professional with sharp business acumen from more than 20 years of experience. She is now bringing her passion for sales, and Miami to realty with the Ancona Real Estate family. She is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned a degree in psychology, with a minor in business administration.

As a fully bilingual Miami native who spent six years in Venezuela, Martha embraces and understands the multicultural diversity of South Florida. She realizes how this sets Miami apart from the rest of the US and makes it a real estate investment magnet throughout the Western Hemisphere.

Martha's passion for real estate emerged from investing in the South Florida residential market. She believes that the fastest road to independent wealth is through real estate investment. Her own experience makes her uniquely qualified to understand her clients' needs.

After 4 years of working in Real Estate, Martha has discovered a passion for probate work. The complex laws and emotions involved in probate real estate have drawn Martha's passion for both people and legislative activism. Her unique combination of soft-heartedness and "true grit" makes Martha a natural to help families through the complicated process of selling probate real estate.

Martha's entrepreneurial mindset surfaced at the young age of 17 when she founded the Florida Genetic Center with her mother — followed by two successful e-tailers, Vetamerica.com and Pureformulas.com. In 2011, PureFormulas ranked 97th among the 500 fastest growing companies in the US, according to Inc. Magazine. Today PureFormulas remains one of the leading online retailers of health supplements and organic products.

Martha Bueno's experience, technological knowledge, and customer-first attitude are some of the essential skills she has brought to the real estate market. Whether helping a young family find their dream home, counseling an aspiring entrepreneur about potential sites for a new startup, or helping a grieving family navigate estates and probate, she aims to help her clients achieve their goals. She taps into her network of trusted partners, communicating efficiently, and using practical negotiation skills that have served her well in her career. Martha's network of contacts includes business leaders, legislators, politicians, activists, bankers, and attorneys in South Florida and beyond.

Martha continues Ancona Real Estate's mission to reinvent the way South Florida real estate is bought and sold through "THE ANCONA DIFFERENCE." Ancona is one of the fastest-growing, privately-held boutique real estate firms in South Florida, recognized domestically & internationally as a top industry leader.

Martha's greatest accomplishment is her four children. She is a hands-on mother, volunteer, and advocate for animals. As a passionate community activist in Miami, she is a West Kendall Community Councilwoman.
